Once you’ve created your account, it’s time to download and install your software. Visit our eSupport portal and follow the instructions to immediately download for electronic delivery. You will need to refer to your welcome letter for the following information:
If you prefer another option for download, you will need to wait for your media to arrive before getting started.
If you do require license codes, you can obtain them via our License Management portal. In case you need license codes for products that are not available online or if you need additional help with licensing, please create a case with the License Management team.
Did you purchase eLearning? If you purchased eLearning along with your PTC product, you will need to use the login credentials specified in the order fulfillment document attached to your welcome letter. You should share this login with all users and encourage them to create accounts of their own.
